The YMCA of Kingston offers a full range of recreational programs such as badminton, volleyball, basketball, hip hop, and soccer that take place in a safe, non-competitive environment where everyone is treated equally in an atmosphere of mutual respect. We believe that recreational activities help develop self-esteem and confidence and help youth to work both as individuals and as part of a team. We also believe that recreation can make a real difference to communities, helping them meet and come together through a shared passion for their activity.

Nothing beats a well balanced meal, especially after fun-filled physical activity! The fee of this program goes towards the food provided each class and for their fitness instructor.
