Every day at the YMCA we help people of all ages and at all stages find the support and care they need. No matter who you are or what goals you're working towards, we will support your journey to better health. All of our programs and services are designed to help you feel valued, respected and included in our community.

As a registered charity for over 160 years, we are dedicated to building strong kids, strong families, and a strong community by providing opportunities for all to grow in spirit, mind and body. Our goal is that no one be denied membership or program participation because they are unable to pay the full fee. Thanks to community support, membership and program fee assistance is available for those in need.

Strong communities include strong kids and at the YMCA Kingston we believe that every child should have a chance to participate in physical activity.

Canadian Tire Jumpstart shares this belief and works through a network of community partners committed to helping kids get active. The YMCA of Kingston is the regional partner of Jumpstart. We manage applications for funding in Kingston and can assist you in processing your child's funding applications. Applications for Jumpstart funding can be completed in person at our branches or online.
