Memberships may be cancelled, by the payer, at any time. All cancellation requests must be in writing. Cancellations cannot be made via telephone, or e-mail. Annual and installment paying members will receive a refund for the remaining unused paid portion of their membership. Members using our Continuous Membership Plan (CMP) can cancel their memberships, without additional charges, by notifying us prior to the first of the month. Please allow 14 days for refund processing. Refunds are issued by cheque only.
Membership cards are the property of the Kingston Family YMCA and must be returned to the YMCA upon cancellation of your membership.
