YMCA Membership
A Kingston Family YMCA membership provides members with access to all three of our facilities. Just present your photo I.D. membership card at any of our three locations, and you are all set to enjoy the benefits of membership. Please keep in mind that your membership is specific to you. It cannot be assigned, transferred, or used by another individual.
Member Benefits
- Your membership entitles you to full use of our facility recreation and fitness areas and non-registered programs. Attend group fitness or aquafitness classes. Work out in any of our fitness centres. Play squash. Enjoy some quiet lengths, a recreational or leisure swim in one of our swimming pools. Participate in our adult learn-to-swim and stroke improvement programs. Play basketball, volleyball, or badminton during designated program times. De-stress in one of our Yoga or Pilates classes. Children ages 5-15 can climb our bouldering wall, or challenge their friends to one of the many interactive games in the brand new Advenutre Quest area.
- Membership has its privileges. Share the experience . . . bring a guest to our YMCA (you must accompany your guest). Trainers are available for equipment orientations, program assistance, and FREE personal training (limit of one session per member per month). Book a squash court up to 7 days in advance at our Wright Crescent facility. Enrol in one of our registered classes at our preferred member rates. Take advantage of our Babysitting Service for infants and pre-school-age children.

- Your YMCA membership entitles you to access to YMCAs across North America and around the world (some conditions/restrictions may apply).
Membership Cards
All members will receive a photo I.D. membership card at the time of membership purchase. For your safety and security, our YMCA utilizes a "card swipe" system for facility access and monitoring. Your membership card is required for facility access. A fee will be charged to replace lost or misplaced membership cards. Membership cards cannot be used by anyone
other than the assigned member. Intentional misuse of your membership card will result in cancellation of your membership (refund is not provided). Membership cards are the property of the Kingston Family YMCA and must be returned to the YMCA upon cancellation of your membership.
Membership Hold Privilege
Annual memberships may be placed on temporary "Hold" for documented medical reasons (exceeding one month) only. A written request and supporting documentation is required.
Lockers
Day use lockers are available at all of our locations. Rental lockers (some restrictions apply) are also available at our Wright Crescent location. Please inquire at our Member Services Desk for more information regarding rental locker availability.
Babysitting Service
A Babysitting Service is offered at our Wright Crescent location. The service is for infants and pre-school-age children. Parents are required to remain in the facility while their children are being cared for in our babysitting area. The service is designed to allow
parents time to work out and participate in YMCA programs/services. Please contact our Member Services Desk at our Wright Crescent location for more information.
